OMCE has teamed up with PayPal, an online payment service, to provide you with a convenient and secure method to pay your membership dues by credit or debit card online. Over 20 million people and businesses worldwide use PayPal.

Instructions: Choose a payment option from the drop-down menu, based upon the descriptions below, and click on the Subscribe button to complete your enrollment. You will be taken to PayPal's secure website, where you will be prompted to supply your payment information and complete the transaction. After you do so, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal. Your account will be billed automatically on a recurring basis, yearly or monthly, depending upon the payment option you select.

Dues Payment Options - Monthly

Regular - 22 and Below : $20.04USD - monthly Regular - 22 and Above : $40.08USD - monthly Affiliate < $50,000 : $9.48USD - monthly Affiliate > $50,000 : $18.96USD - monthly

Dues Payment Options - Yearly

Membership Types

Regular - governmental employees whose positions are designated managerial or confidential.

Affiliate - open to any person serving in or working for the New York State Legislature or as a New York State government contract employee. Membership is limited to participation in OMCE sponsored benefit programs.

Associate - retired governmental employees within New York State whose last position was designated managerial or confidential, and any former regular member of OMCE.

Membership Dues

Regular

Grades M/C-22 and below; NS Equated to M/C-22 and below; NS Non-Equated Salary equal to or less than the hiring rate of M/C-22:

• $240.50, payable annually by check or credit card, $20.04 monthly by credit card, or $9.25 bi-weekly via payroll deduction*

         *Includes a temporary one-year legal defense/litigation surcharge of $13 annually, $1.08 monthly or 50 cents biweekly.

Grades M/C-23 and above; NS Equated to M/C-23 and above; NS Non-Equated Salary above the hiring rate of M/C-22:

• $481.00, payable annually by check or credit card, $40.08 monthly by credit card, or $18.50 bi-weekly via payroll deduction**

        **Includes a temporary one-year legal defense/litigation surcharge of $26 annually, $2.16 monthly or $1.00 biweekly.

Affiliate

Salary Less than $50,000:

• $113.75, payable annually by check or credit card, or $9.48 monthly by credit card

Salary $50,000 or more:

• $227.50, payable annually by check or credit card, or $18.96 monthly by credit card

Associate

• $35 per year, payable annually by check or credit card
